    Prices and Payment Terms

    All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on the Website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling.

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay for all purchases, which list is subject to change in our sole discretion. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Website at the time of your order.

    Any and all products that you access through the Website are under the sole ownership or licensed use of The Cipolettis LLC.

    When you purchase products, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial personal use.

    If you exceed the scope of this license or otherwise violate our intellectual property rights as described above, we reserve the right to terminate your account and prosecute to the fullest extent allowed by law in any jurisdiction allowed. You explicitly consent to personal jurisdiction in New York by opting into or purchasing any product or accessing the Website.

    Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss.

    We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order.

    Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

    Refund Policy

    Hopefully you are satisfied with your purchase but if for some reason you are not, you have seven (7) days from the date you received your order to request a return (unless you are in the EU in which case you have fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order to request a return).

    Costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer (unless the shipment is a faulty item).

    Please email hello@thecipolettis.com for return approvals. For the return shipment, note your order details (order number, name, address) on your return package and make sure to get a tracking number to provide us with as we can not refund lost packages.

    A refund will be made to the account that the original payment came within fourteen (14) days from the day your package arrives back to our warehouse. Please note that if items are used, worn or damaged, we can not accept a return.

    NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
    Due to their custom/personalized nature, prints and digital presets are non-refundable.
