How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping costs calculated at checkout. We typically fulfill orders within 3-5 business days of ordering and shipping takes 5-7 business days, depending on where you live.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipments are typically subject to additional customs/import duties and shipping can take up to 10-15 business days once your order has been fulfilled. These are not included in the shipping price and need to be paid in order to receive your package. The shipping cost goes directly to the postal service and the duties go directly to your country of import. We do not collect any payment other than our products. 

Where's My Package?

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot find it, please email us within 2 days of your delivery date. After 5 days, we are unable to assist you and recommend that you contact the mail service who handled your package to file a missing package claim. 

If you entered your address incorrectly and therefore do not receive your package, we are unable to send you a replacement or refund your purchase. Please ensure you are entering your information correctly.

How Do I Request A Return?

Hopefully you are satisfied with your purchase but if for some reason you are not, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

Costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer (unless the shipment is a faulty item).

Please email hello@thecipolettis.com for return approvals. For the return shipment, note your order details (order number, name, address) on your return package and make sure to get a tracking number to provide us with as we can not refund lost packages.

A refund will be made to the account that the original payment came from 14 days from the day your package arrives back to our warehouse. Please note that if items are used, worn or damaged, we can not process a return. 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Prints and digital presets are non-refundable.
